Agreement of terms and conditions

 

Any purchase on costume-party.com.au will be considered that you understood and agreed with the below terms and conditions.

1. Refund & Returns Policy

  • The products are not used, worn and altered.
  • The products are in their original condition.
  • The products original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be along with the returns.
  • The quantity of the products is not more than 5.
  • The products are not clearance items.
  • The products are not costumes, wigs, masks, make ups, hats, glasses, and costume accessories.
  • The products are not hen’s night and novelty toys, Halloween decorations and ribbons.
  • The products must be returned to us within 5 days after you received and we will exchange them for some other items of the same value for you.
  •  A 25% restocking fee maybe charged for the return products.
  • Costume-Party is not responsible for any extra postage cost incurred (including the return postage and the postage for shipping the exchange items).

2. Damaged and Faulty Products

 

Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced by Costume-Party. All products are quality checked and properly packed prior to dispatch. Costume-Party will not refund the damaged products caused by shipping, mishandling, misuse, and misapplication. If the products have been used, worn and altered, they are not refundable. Also if the products are missing accessories, without the original packaging or garment tag, you cannot receive a refund too. A copy of the invoice must be along with the returned products. Costume-Party refunds merchandise only. Shipping costs and handling fees are not refundable and a 25% restocking fee maybe charged for the return products.


Claims for faulty products must be reported to costume-party within two days (48 hours) of the receipt of the products and all claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods.  All returns must keep in its original condition and should be sent back via registered post. We will not process the returns if the parcel does not reach us. After we received your return products, we will process you returns immediately.


Please note that product package and styles may be changed by the manufacturer's production without notice. Due to these changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. Costume-Party apologizes for any inconvenience caused to you and we cannot refund your purchase the products under such circumstances. Thank you for you understanding with this issue.

3. Payment Methods

 

All the prices of our products are in Australian Dollars and GST included. Postages are not included in the price of products. A separate shipping cost will add to your order once you choose a preferred delivery option. Payment can be made through PayPal, Credit Card, or Direct Deposit.

 

4. Shipping Methods

 

All parcels will be delivered by Australia Express Post if the service is available. Please see the “Shipping Information” page carefully. If you place order before 12:00am, your order will be sent out on the same business day and the estimated delivery time is the next business day. If you place order after 12:00am, your order will be sent out on the next business day and the estimated delivery time is the day after the next business day. If your shipping address post code is not in the Australian Express Post Network Postcodes, it will take about 2-5 working days to delivery. Please contact us to ask for the tracking number if you need it.

 

5. Contact Lenses

 

We are only selling to customers within Australia. We are not going to send Contact Lenses to USA and other country. Also we do not accept USA cards. Warning: Customers to use at your own risk.
